RETURNS TO CAR-TOOLS-ONLINE | home
ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY CALLING IN ADVANCE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, 1-877-628-3344. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. THE PACKING SLIP INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT WILL INDICATE THE WAREHOUSE YOUR ITEM WAS SHIPPED FROM AND YOUR ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO THAT SAME WAREHOUSE. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP WITH THE RETURN. THE INVOICE NUMBER ON THE PACKING SLIP SHOULD BE PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN BOX, UNDER THE ADDRESS OF THE WAREHOUSE. ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR FULL CREDIT MUST BE IN NEW, RESALABLE CONDITION. CONDITION OF THE ITEM IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL RECEIVED BY THE SHIPPING WAREHOUSE.
NEW AND RESALABLE STOCKING PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM I REP SUPPLIES AND RETURNED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, WILL NOT BE ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE. ALL ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS, OR RETURNED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
ALL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES ARE APPLIED.
ALL BROKEN OR CLAIMED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED, CREDITED OR REPAIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. PRODUCTS SHOWING ABUSE, MISUSE OR ALTERATION, MAY NOT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. RETURNED GOODS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:
FREIGHT CLAIMS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED FREIGHT MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER AND CLEARLY NOTED ON THE BILLS OF LADING WHEN RECEIVING SHIPMENTS. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION. ALTHOUGH THE RESPONSIBILITY IS WITH THE CARRIER, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE MAY BE OF SOME ASSISTANCE.
UNDISCLOSED SHORTAGES:
IN CASES WHERE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PROPER AMOUNT OF CARTONS FROM THE CARRIER BUT DISCOVER ERRORS OR SHORTAGES IN UNPACKING, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN 5 DAYS.
